“I was born in New York into an Italian American family for whom the ‘Sunday dinner’ was the focal point of our family. Forging a career in the hospitality industry connects me to the conviviality of the table and the shared experience of a meal in a way I find very enriching. Over the course of the last 30 years I have been fortunate to work with and for some interesting, generous and inspiring people in New York, New England, the Bay Area and Northern California wine country. I am thrilled to be part of the Bull Valley Roadhouse team and to continue the tradition of fun food, warm hospitality and conscientious sourcing.”
